OrbVilla Istria is a modern holiday villa set in the peaceful Istrian village of Orbanići, in the municipality of Marčana. Surrounded by greenery and nature, it is an ideal choice for guests seeking privacy, comfort and a relaxing holiday, while staying close to the most beautiful beaches and attractions of southern Istria.

The villa, with a surface area of 110 m², can host up to 5 guests and offers everything needed for a carefree holiday. It features two modern bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large glass walls connect the interior with the covered terrace and private pool, creating the perfect place to relax throughout the day.

The master bedroom features a double bed, an additional single bed, a private bathroom and air conditioning. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and air conditioning, while the second modern bathroom is located in the shared part of the house.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and all the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Guests also have a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning, to make the stay as comfortable as possible all year round.

A special experience is offered by the landscaped outdoor area with a private pool measuring 6.6 × 3.15 m, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a covered terrace with a dining table. For preparing delicious meals outdoors, guests have an outdoor gas grill, while the little ones will enjoy the children's playground with a trampoline, swings and a slide.

OrbVilla Istria is in an excellent location for exploring Istria. It is just 15 kilometres from Fažana and Pula, from where you can visit Brijuni National Park, the historic Pula Arena, numerous well-kept beaches, restaurants and wine roads. Rovinj, Vodnjan, Cape Kamenjak and many other famous Istrian destinations are also nearby.

To preserve a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere for all guests, the villa is not intended for parties or stag and hen events.

Pets are not allowed.

Every Friday between 08:30 and 14:00, an authorised service carries out regular pool maintenance, which is an integral part of the property's upkeep.
