Parties and celebrations are strictly prohibited. The property is not intended for stag, hen or similar parties. The house is rented exclusively for a peaceful family holiday. Stays are permitted only for registered guests (organised gatherings are not allowed).

Payment policy
The reservation can be paid by cash or bank transfer
Deposit: 30% of the total amount is paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Balance: 70%, paid no later than 21 days before arrival.
